On a cold and snowy Thursday afternoon, a group of Erasmus+ exchange and first-year regular students took up the challenge of exploring a piece of winter activities with the staff Department of International Cooperation. The group was nationality-diverse, as they were from Algeria, Egypt, Italy, Romania, Senegal, Togo, Turkey, Tanzania, and Uganda. Even though, for the majority of participants, it was their first time on the ice, to support their brave decision, the students could be acquitted with ice skating by a professional instructor.
In the beginning, most students were uncertain of their first steps, but practicing with the hints of the instructor, they’ve been becoming better and better. It couldn’t be managed without fails and falls, but we hope that some of them found new skills and passion to carry on.
We would like to thank all the participants for joining us at that event, we hope you had a great time and it will be a memorable experience for all of you 😊
