Admission procedure - step by step

Step 2

Create an account in the admission system and submit required documents.

Apply for the financial support

Due to the individual nature of each case and our personalized approach, we kindly ask you to provide your basic information in the short form below so that we can contact you promptly.

    Step 3

    Pay the application fee of 20 EUR for your individual bank account number.

    Application fee is non-refundable.

    Step 4

    Wait for the feedback from the International Office if your application is complete.
    It can take up to 2 weeks.

    If submitted documents meets the criteria, you will receive invitation for entrance exams.

    Check the PDF at the top of the page, if you are required to take part in the mathematics exam, if so, you will be invited for the exam: July 19

    Step 7

    Check the announcements in the IRK system and follow the steps accordingly.

    Step 8

    Once your exams are passed, you will be requested to pay the tuition fee in order to receive acceptance documents needed for the visa appointment.

    Inform us about the date of your visa appointment and its outcome.

    Finally, after completing all of the procedures, obtaining visa, and arranging your arrival,
    bring all of the required documents to the office of Department of International Cooperation to be admitted as a student.
