

Kielce University of Technology has received funding from the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) as part of the PROM Program – Short-Term Academic Exchange.
This program provides a unique opportunity for students, doctoral students, and researchers to gain knowledge and experience in an international academic environment.
The program also supports cooperation between Polish universities and foreign institutions, strengthening networks and the development of research at the international level.
Amount of funding: PLN 215,275.00
Project implementation period: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026
The primary objective of the project is to internationalise Kielce University of Technology through short-term mobility in the field of sustainable development.
The project involves implementing short-term scholarship exchanges, including trips abroad by students, doctoral students, and academic staff of Kielce University of Technology, as well as visits by foreign guests.
Mobility funding
Participants in the PROM NAWA program receive funding covering:
- Daily scholarship – depending on status:
- student: PLN 75
- employee/doctoral student: PLN 125
- person with at least a doctoral degree or equivalent degree obtained abroad: PLN 250
- Travel allowance – from PLN 1,000 to PLN 6,500 (depending on the destination country).
- Living and accommodation allowance – from PLN 300 to PLN 700 per day, according to the cost group of the country of departure.
- Conference fee costs (if applicable).
