CEEPUS for Ukraine

 CEEPUS Program in Poland (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) operating within the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) offers scholarships for foreigners from Ukraine.

Scholarships for the “Freemover UA” internships are intended for students and research workers of accredited universities from Ukraine cooperating with universities in Poland. The condition for applying for the scholarship is to submit the an electronic application in the CEEPUS system via the website www.ceepus.info. The application must accompanied by the learning plan for students or the  teaching or research work plan for academic teachers approved by the host university in Poland.

Freemover UA mobility scholarships in physical form may be awarded for internships organised by partner units participating in CEEPUS academic networks, approved CEEPUS summer schools and intensive courses, as well as in other accredited academic units in Poland in accordance with the work plan submitted for approval.

Application deadline: continuous procedure as long the funds are available.

Conditions for the application “Freemover UA”:

  1. Submission of the Freemover application through the ceepus.info website.
  2. Obtaining the consent of the host university for the internship as part of the Freemover UA mobility – Letter of Acceptance with a work plan.

The document in electronic form must contain:

– approval of the university for the implementation of the work plan under the scholarship,

– name, surname and other data of the applicant – scholarship holder and the number of the submitted application in the CEEPUS system,

– work plan with the number of hours and topics of classes or other forms of academic cooperation (e.g. seminars, laboratory or field classes, etc.)

If the consent of the Polish CEEPUS Bureau is obtained and a scholarship is awarded to implement the internship as physical mobility, the scholarship holder will receive a scholarship in the amount published on the website www.ceepus.info
