Pursuant to art. 79 paragraph 7 of the Act of 16 April 2020 on special support instruments in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 695, as amended) in conjunction with § 1 para. 3 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of May 21, 2020 on temporary limitation of the functioning of some entities of the higher education and science system in relation to the prevention, counteracting and combating COVID-19 (Journal of Laws 2020 item 911), § 14 paragraph 2 of the Study Regulations at the Kielce University of Technology in the wording adopted by resolution of the Senate No. 354/20 of May 20, 2020 and § 1 para. 5 of Regulation No. 35/20 of the Rector of the Świętokrzyska University of Technology of 24 March 2020 regarding the organization of classes at the Kielce University of Technology using distance learning methods and techniques, the following is administered:
§ 1. The organization of the academic year 2019/2020 specified in § 1 point 1 letter b and § 1 point 2 of the Rector’s Ordinance No. 31/19 of May 27, 2019 regarding the organization of the academic year 2019/2020 as amended introduced by Regulation No. 91/19 of December 3, 2019, in such a way that:
1) during the summer semester didactic classes, lectures, exercises, seminars, design classes and, if possible, laboratory classes, while maintaining full implementation of the study program, are implemented remotely, without the possibility of doing them in the following semesters, on the principles set out in Rector’s Order No. 35/20 of March 24, 2020 on the organization of classes at the Kielce University of Technology using distance learning methods and techniques;
2) the duration of classes for laboratory classes that cannot be extended be implemented using distance learning methods and techniques. These classes may take place during the examination session and should be carried out from June 3 to July 15, 2020 and from September 1 to September 15, 2020 on the principles set out in a separate ordinance.
§ 2. Other provisions of Regulation No. 31/19 on the organization of the academic year 2019/2020 of 27 May 2019 as amended shall remain in force.
§ 3. The order shall enter into force on the day of its signing.
