How to apply for the programs in the recruitment system?
Application steps

STEP 1 Create an account in the recruitment system

Step 1

Click the “Apply” button & get familiar with the education offer and admission requirements. Then click “Sign up”

Step 2

If you don’t have an account, please create one in the recruitment system, that is where you can upload the required documents and see your admission status

Step 3

There will appear the window with the information. Please get familiar with it, accept the information and click “Continue”

Step 4

Please insert your valid e-mail and create a password. NOTE: if the page is suddenly shown in a foreign language, you can always switch it to English in the top right corner!

Step 5

Now check out your e-mail inbox. There you will find the letter of confirmation. Please, do not worry if the e-mail appears in a foreign language. Just click the link to activate your account.

Step 6

You account has been activated! Now you can log in.

Step 7 Personal forms

This is how your new candidate account will look like. You can set English as a preferred notification language to receive e-mail in English.

1. Personal Forms is the section where you provide you personal data and submit education documents
2. Enrollment application is the section where you can enroll the program (only after you fill out Personal Forms!). There will also appear admission status
3. Payments – After you fill out the Personal Forms and enroll the program, the system will generate your personal bank account number. You will find this number in the Payments section. To complete your application, you will be requested to pay the application fee.

Step 8 Enrollment application

Make sure you chose you program in English!

You will be asked to confirm the your chosen program by clicking on that once again.

Once you click one the program, you will be directed to the page where you started. Do not worry, just click “Sign up’’ button once again to complete your confirmation. Congratulations once you’re done – you have successfully enrolled the program!

Step 9 Payments

This is the last step of your application. All the applicants are supposed to pay for the application/recruitment fee which is set by the Ministry of Education in Poland.
Below the page, you will find your personal bank account number and bank information to conduct the bank transfer. Once the university receives your application
fee, the status of payment will change to “paid”. This will mean, the university has received your application and you can now just wait for the decision. You will receive the decision of the admission committee via e-mail.
NOTE: This is your personal account number which you will also use to pay the tuition fees.

STEP 2 Enroll for the program in the recruitment system and submit all the required admission documents. You can find the list of required documents here

STEP 3 Pay the application fee in the amount of 20 EUR* (non-refundable administrative fee) via bank transfer

The payment details will appear in your individual candidate account once you enroll the program.
